The way I define Health & Wellness includes:

Over the next few months, I am manifesting a Health & Wellness practice that includes:

- my overall emotional wellness and regulation
Each week, I plan to remind myself with the following affirmations:
- taking care of your mental, physical, and overall health is a sign of loving yourself
- choose to love yourself
- if you can’t love yourself, think about who loves you most and what they would say to you
I plan to hold myself accountable by:
- putting a reminder on my phone set to recur weekly to read my weekly affirmations and to look at them when i don’t know what I feel
